Project Lead (PL) Lattice Engines, Inc., 1825 South Grant Avenue, Suite 510, San Mateo, California 94402: As a senior member of the Lattice solution delivery team, PLs will manage client relationships at all levels to identify and execute analytic requirements and to deploy and support sales intelligence solutions. Daily duties include: exercise operational leadership and management over a group of analysts and engineers; oversee business research such as client revenue analysis; supervise the design, development, and testing of SQL codes for deployment of sales intelligence solutions; combine predictive analytics with data integration to develop mathematical algorithms tuned specifically for B2B sales; coordinate different functional groups to meet project timelines; use analytical tools involving business and sales, mathematics and predictive models, and database management to identify behavioral and purchase patterns; and conduct analysis to identify high propensity customers. Daily use of: Project management tools (MS Project), BI tools (Excel pivot tables and Microsoft Analysis Services), statistical modeling utilizing regression and decisions tree analysis, and programming languages such as SQL for software application, user-interface configuration, and CRM data integration. Travel required. Minimum requirements: MS/MA (foreign equivalent degree accepted) in Math, CS, CE, EE, IT or closely related mathematical or engineering field of study, or in the alternative, a BS/BA in the same fields of study and 5 years of progressive experience as a business analyst delivering software or analytic solutions. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable. Special Requirements: Must possess demonstrated experience: (1) performing statistical and quantitative analysis using predictive modeling techniques; (2) performing data analysis, mining and validation using BI and statistical modeling tools; and (3) utilizing programming languages for analytic software application development and for user-interface configuration.
