The Project Management Coordinator is an integral member of the Technical Account Manager (TAM) team that is responsible driving adoption at Customer accounts. The Project Management Coordinator is responsible for supporting the TAM team with all operational aspects of account management to drive Customer Success and Adoption of AppDynamics products. The Project Management Coordinator will work under the direction of a Customer Success and Adoption Manager.
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage a Project Management System, including creating and managing accounts, scheduling engagements, coordinating billing and invoicing
Create and deliver reports about various operational aspects of the business
Assist TAMs with coordinating and scheduling customer engagements both onsite and remote
Assist with customer facing communication including new release and patch announcements
Assist with internal and external marketing and messaging
Assist the team with managing travel and travel expenses
Bachelors degree preferably in a technical field of study is required
3-5 years of experience supporting Project Managers in IT is required
MBA is preferred
Proficient in MS Project and/or Primavera and/or FileMaker Pro and the MS Office Suite of products
Effective communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills
Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team based environment
Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
