XCOR is seeking a project management data analyst. Qualified candidates will have experience writing proposals, producing technical reports (with subject matter expert input), managing project data and administrative workflow, including contracts, milestone schedules, invoices, and project budgets. Candidates will possess project planning skills. The job requires an enthusiastic individual who likes to take the initiative, is well-organized, and technically competent. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel modeling (with simple macros a plus), Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, and statistical analysis required. Excellent writing skills mandatory.
QUALIFICATIONS ?
? Bachelor?s Degree in Business, Finance, or Industrial/Systems Engineering preferred
? 1-5 years relevant experience in a consulting, engineering, or other firm, and excellent references
? Demonstrated proposal and technical report writing skills (submit an example(s) of previous work with your response to this posting)
REQUIREMENTS ?
Must be 18 years or older.
Must be a U.S. citizen or hold Resident Alien status (aka Green Card).
Must be proficient in spoken and written standard American English.
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds mass.
Must be able to climb a 15 foot ladder.
References required and a background check will be performed.
MISCELLANEOUS ?
Employee will have ?on the job training? in Mojave, CA through mid-2013, after which the position will relocate to the new R & D Headquarters in Midland, TX. The specific date of the Midland move is to be determined.
