What We're Looking For:2U is changing the way great students and great universities think about online higher education. We develop state-of-the-art technology platforms that enhance traditional offline curricula, while also providing key logistical components, including comprehensive student support services from enrollment through graduation. We are currently looking for a Spring 2013 intern to provide project management assistance on technology projects and help with administrative work. We are currently looking for an intern who is tech savvy and ready to make an impact in higher education.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Carrying out some project management tasks related to documentation and ticketing
Participating in testing
Assisting the testing team with ticket related work ? labeling, entering, updating (in JIRA)
Researching vendors based on requirement
Putting together product flows
Things That Should Be in Your Background:
Currently enrolled in Undergraduate or Graduate program
Studying Web, IT, Project Management, Information Architecture, UI/UX design a plus
Strong written & verbal communication skills
Familiarity with Omnigraffle/visio or like tool for creating flows and/or wireframe
Familiarity with JIRA or other project management systems a plus
