We are seeking a new member for our Project Management Office (PMO) to work in the corporate office in Cleveland, Ohio.
Overview:
The TOA Technologies Project Management Office (PMO) facilitates end-to-end Portfolio Management processes to ensure all project initiatives are aligned with strategic objectives and completed as planned.
Responsibilities
- Track major milestone dates for all client project implementations, Change Requests, software solution upgrades, Fixes, etc.
- Create and maintain reports from timesheet raw data, PMO schedule data, etc.
- Create and maintain project management tool documents/spreadsheets/graphs, process work-flow diagrams and other supporting documentation.
- Manage access to various project management systems.
- Follow up on prospective projects with the sales/account management departments.
- Reinforce compliance to project management processes and standards.
- Provide project status reports as needed to department managers, project managers, and the VP, Client Operations.
Minimum Requirements
Education:
- Undergraduate degree in business, management, or industrial engineering
Experience:
- 5+ years direct experience managing projects
- Ability to develop strong working relationships to negotiate to successful completion of project goals.
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks to meet predetermined deadlines.
- Demonstrated proficiency in software productivity tools.
- Ability to function independently, with minimal supervision.
- Ability to exercise good judgment and act in the best interest of the company.
- Courses and/or training in project management
- Experience with MAC operating systems/software
- Experience with creating and editing Wiki pages
- Proficient in the use of web-based communication tools
- Proofreading skills
