Description
As a member of our Client Services & Implementation group, your job would involve:
Identifying the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals
Tracking project milestones and deliverables, including software updates
Motivating several levels of staff and influencing them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work
Proactively identifying potential issues on a wide variety of topics and initiating plans for resolution
Maintaining frequent correspondence with IS staff and keeping them well information of project statuses
Creating 3-5 year strategic plans for our customers

Requirements
Bachelors Degree or applicable experience
2-5 years of project management or supervisory experience
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to foster strong working relationships
Exceptional project management and organizational skills
Flexibility to handle multiple projects and changing priorities
Ability to interact with all levels of management, both at MEDITECH and at customer sites
Proven ability to demonstrate timely follow-up
