The Skila project manager supports the Skila Team, the Client Operations Team, and the Client Account Management Team as a proactive liaison by ensuring successful project alignment, communication and management. The project manager establishes a best approach for the selected project(s) by establishing a well-grounded understanding/position of the clients various needs. The project manager must also initiate the most appropriate efforts to further encourage, increased utilization and enhanced value proposition for the dedicated client solutions.
Responsibilities
- Provide project management expertise, analyze and prepare reports
- Assist as technical support for project designs
- Project leadership responsibilities include:
o Resource management
o Project planning and tracking
o Estimation of a formal resolution plan
o Status communication
o Problem identification and resolution
o Utilization of project management tools
Requirements
- Manage multiple (1 to 6) projects at a time
- Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks
- Establish standards/best practices and procedures for project reporting and documentation
- Modify schedules and plans as required, update and issue project status to involved parties
- Facilitate in consulting and reviewing the proposed Client Solutions; further determine procedures to accomplish the project requirements thru the various phases of the Skila solutions
- Establish and manage the workflow
- Expedite any requests, which may need troubleshooting
o Identifying problems and providing resolution
- Champion best practices to further increase value to the client
- Establish daily communication with the virtual dedicated team resulting in the elimination of any potential gaps
- Manage specific projects/initiatives as directed by the Client Team
- Formulate technical scope and objectives of project for the Client Teams
- Proactively provide statistics to identify ways of bringing value to the client
o Compile and organize usage reports
o collect applicable shared documents to support questions / findings
- Execute iworksite maintenance and alterations to the client team sites
- Provide backup support / liaison for Skila Help Desk
Qualifications
- Must be highly organized for planning, scheduling, and managing documents, workflow, and knowledge management
- Ability to work independently and with a team, meet set deadlines and solve ad hoc issues autonomously
- Ability to identify areas for better streamline reporting and feedback mechanisms
- Ability to synthesize comments, feedback, thoughts into efficacious actions
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Expert in MS Office suite of products, especially Access, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge and/or experience in the health care, sales or technology industry desired
- Prior customer service or sales experience desired
Education
- Minimum of Bachelors Degree
- Project Management coursework is preferred.
