Project Manager Liaison Technologies
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Project managers are accountable for meeting or exceeding overall customer satisfaction targets defined in service level agreements. The position requires working across multiple technical teams to deliver B2B and customized professional services to Healthcare, Life Sciences and Pharma customers. A project manager in the group must possess strong client relationship skills and discipline utilizing project management methodologies. The project manager must lead in a manner that enhances Liaison?s climate and business results. Candidates should possess balanced skills in the areas of client relationship management, financial / business management, service level agreement management and team management.
Create and maintain project documentation including requirements, timelines, schedules and tasks, status reports and general project communications
Adapt to and work with a diverse customer base
Rapidly learn new technology, including Liaison?s portfolio of software products and cloud based services
Manage multiple projects at a time while remaining detailed oriented
Articulate complex technical and non-technical issues in a concise and logical manner
Manage customer phone calls, email, and web based requests
Document all work in accordance to the Managed Services standard operating procedures
Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills are required.
Think clearly in high pressure situations
One to three years of Business Analysis or Project Management experience, including SDLC and Agile methodologies
Healthcare, Pharma or Life Sciences Industry experience
Working knowledge of EDI (ANSI X12, EDIFACT) and XML
Proficient in HTTP(S), FTP, and SMTP protocols
Windows and/or Unix Operating Systems
Microsoft Office (Project, Excel, Word, Access, Visio)
