We are seeking to hire multiple customer-facing Project Managers to deliver exceptional user experiences to our customers in the U.S.
Overview:
The customer-facing IT Project Manager will deliver premier service through a close working relationship with the external customer by managing implementation of a Cloud-based software at multiple client sites. Assistng clients in identifying their critical customer needs: business objectives, core processes and key problems. Collaboratng with the external customer to build project plans, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor cost and progress of implementation projects. And evaluating project risks and works with customers and the TOA internal resource team (project management office (PMO), account managers, system analysts) to mitigate project risks and to ensure flawless implementation on time.
Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related areas.
Experience:
- At least 8 years of working on successful IT implementation projects, with 3 - 5 years managing those projects and at least 2 years experience working directly with external customers.
- Project Management Certification a plus.
- Must be proficient in English. Verbal and written proficiency in an EU language is a highly preferred; Dutch, German, French, Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, Greek, Hungarian, Romanian, Polish, Czech.
Special Characteristics:
- Outstanding analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) along with strong presentation skills and the ability to report effectively to top management. English fluency is a must, additional languages a plus.
- Outstanding organizational skills, strong operational discipline and attention to details.
- Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter and work independently and creatively while meeting deadlines.
- Experience working with Tier-1 telecommunication customers.
- Enthusiasm, sincerity and passion about serving the customer.
- A high sense of time, urgency and motivation to get the job done.
- The utmost integrity, honesty and confidentiality in all matters pertaining to the conduct of business operations.
Travel requirements: 50 travel.
