Reporting to Practice Lead of Delivery Services, the Project Manager will lead the implementation of Bullhorn solutions for emerging market and mid-sized Staffing and Recruiting firms. The Project Manager will also act as a Consultant guiding the customer through best practices, technical configuration and solution definition. Ultimately, the Bullhorn Project Manager has overall responsibility in ensuring implementations are delivered on time, on budget while ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.
Client Relationship Management Across Implementation Lifecycle
Establish relationships with new clients to create the foundation for a seamless transition from point of sale throughout successful product and services implementation and support
Work closely with client to ensure comprehensive and accurate transfer of information during project initiation
Schedule and Resource Management
Discuss, define and coordinate implementation schedules.
Ensure effective completion of project milestones by allocated resources on time and on budget
Manage On-budget deployments as well as metrics aligned with departmental goals of Billable utilization, Profitability, and Customer satisfaction
Clearly define and articulate project risk items to clients in a way that is understood and are either remedied or assumed.
Quality and Change Management
Configure systems according to functional specifications, including migration verification and reporting metrics, while managing to a defined scope of work and enacting change management, when applicable.
Function as reliable point of contact for all client inquiries, issues, and requests throughout the implementation process
Aid clients with Bullhorn best practices regarding user adoption techniques, rollout strategies, education plans.
Key Skills and Position Requirements:
Bachelor?s Degree required.
Must have demonstrated competence, confidence and professionalism successfully inspire client trust.
Must have the ability to multi-task, work with multiple clients at a time and efficiently manage their individual needs during different implementation stages.
Must have expertise in managing project-related metrics.
Must be able to communicate effectively with senior management within Staffing and Recruiting firms.
Experience managing projects to deliver SaaS solutions and/or ERP solutions is a definite plus.
Exposure to cloud-computing applications delivery will be seen as a huge plus.
A high comfort level with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) desired but not required.
