PROJECT MANAGER Voxware
DescriptionAs a Project Manager you will be part of the Professional Services team. In this position you are responsible for managing implementations of Voxware Solutions for new and existing customers. You will lead project teams that deliver quantifiable business results on each and every project by employing Voxware?s proven implementation methodology. Using Voxware?s Project Methodology, you will understand our clients? business requirements, guide their implementations, assist with configuration and manage the project team, timeline and budget.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Be an expert and deliver expert recommendations related to Voxware solutions
Responsible for managing successful customer implementations
Lead the project from inception through completion, ensuring all project milestones are met and that the project is delivered on schedule and on budget with a high level of quality and customer satisfaction
Manage up to 5 concurrent customers with projects of varying sizes and complexity
Gather business requirements, scope projects, and coordinate with other internal resources to facilitate the configurations of appropriate solutions and integrations
Engage with clients as necessary to develop deliverables, communicate expectations, and successfully deliver high-value solutions
Display strong performance and exceptional skills that will lead to the Project Manager becoming clients? trusted advisor
Hold project meetings to update business owners on the status of the project, including senior management presentations
Identify opportunities for expansion and coordinate with the Sales team to scope specific requirements
Responsible for project budget management and scoping new requirements per Voxware?s change control process
Ensure clients take advantage of best practices
Essential Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Background
4-6 years project management experience delivering solutions in at least one of the following business areas:
Warehouse/Supply Chain software solutions
Voice technology workforce enablement
Voice Automation
Business Analytics
Previous experience with a major systems integrator and/or an enterprise software company
Ability to measure implementation effectiveness and results against client business objectives/ROI
Combination of business experience, technical skills, and a willingness to ?roll up one?s sleeves? and get involved in project details
Understanding of programming languages and technical concepts
Proven ability to consistently manage projects within scope, budget and timeline
Proven ability to effectively scope and document requirements
Experience using Project Management Tools including MS Project, MS Visio, MS Excel
Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills
Ability to travel to customer engagements on an as needed basis
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Must be able to work in an extremely fast-paced environment
Ability to coordinate cross-functionally within Voxware
Team player who will work within the company to continue improving the way Voxware serves its customers
Bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, business or related field
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Background
3+ years project management experience delivering technology solutions
PMP certification
Six Sigma certification
Consulting experience
Master?s Degree
