Project Manager / Business Analyst Scivantage

Fulltime salaried employee position

Requirements:

- Experience with web applications
- Retail brokerage, brokerage customer service or other financial services industry experience
- Understands software development life cycle
- Understands all technologies used by Scivantage - Java, PHP, front-end, back-end, middleware
- Understands the SaaS platform and the general data center environment
- Can decompose project into milestones, events, tasks, subtasks
- Can setup timelines
- Ability to create project plans for deployment
- Can build detailed plans quickly
- Can evaluate risks in a project plan
- Experience with MS Project
- Can manage resources through skillful negotiation
- Must have experience using negotiation skills with suppliers, vendors and management
- Must be persistent and will stay on top of issues
- Must be analytical and logical
- Must be a team-player
- Will put the hours in necessary to complete the work
- PMP not required, but a plus
- Experience with participating in requirements sessions, performing end-to-end analysis to identify & derive functional system design requirements to meet the business needs.
- Ability to create the documentation necessary to describe detailed functional and application specifications using appropriate documentation standards.
- Ability to review, analyze and perform workflow analysis for business operational processes and application systems.
- Ability to develop data and process models, data flow and chart diagrams, entity relationship diagrams, and use cases for business applications.
- Ability to validate business rules in application
- Understanding of testing and detailed documentation requirements
- Ability to create Control Plans and create hand-off documentation
- Ability to understand scenarios and create details
- Experience with Quality Assurance (QA) Testing
- Understands the "big picture" of the application and solution.
