Key Deliverables of the Role:
Responsible for the day-to-day correspondence with the client ensuring the client is delighted with the project progress in all respects.
Responsible for requesting and reviewing all project documentation from the Account Executive team that commissions projects.
Manage the project kick off meeting (or conference call) to review materials and project timelines, finalizing all project requirements.
Analyze the daily fielding information from internal systems, internal recruitment and vendors, proactively providing feedback information and solutions to the client as appropriate.
Review and flag issues that may jeopardize the team?s ability to complete the project in a timely and cost effective manner or that may render the population size or incidence rate inconsistent with those assumed in the quote or other project documentation.
Project Set-Up & Execution
Communicate/liaise with internal teams; programming, quality control, translations, data processing, sampling, recruitment, external fielding vendors and others as appropriate.
Provide support and training to junior project managers
Attend all team meetings
Participate in special project work assigned from senior members from the team
Essential Qualifications and Experience Required:
1-3 years of project management experience is desirable but not essential dependent upon recruitment priorities
?Role Specific? Technical Skills or Knowledge Required:
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to adopt and learn on company proprietary platforms
General skills required:
Strong analytical, logical, problem solving, and communication skills
Attention to detail and demonstration of commitment to accuracy of information
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment whilst also having the ability to work independently
Confidence in client-facing situations.
