Project Manager Greenway Medical Technologies
The Project Manager will manage the execution and delivery of Greenway Medical projects that include an IT development component. They will also manage the project scope, and interface directly with the development staff, SME?s, Business Analyst and client.
Education/Experience Requirements:
This position requires a Bachelor degree or equivalent. The ideal candidate will have a min of 5-7 years? experience in Project Management.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
? 5-7 years as a Project Manager, preferably in a matrix, software development environment
? 5-7 years? experience working on high-complexity, high-profile projects or programs
? Detailed knowledge of/or certification in PMBOK
? Experience with projects in multiple technologies, functions (e.g. transaction management, risk management etc.) and industries
? Experience managing geographically distributed and culturally diverse work-groups
? Deep understanding of SDLC methodology (Agile a plus)
? Deep knowledge of project management best practices and standards
? Strong problem-solving skills
? Flexible & adaptable
? Well developed influencing, negotiating and consulting skills
? Demonstrated capabilities in teamwork and ability to interact with leadership
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
? Exceptional organization and program management skills
? Proven leadership and negotiating skills
? Proven collaboration, internal relationship management and teamwork approaches
? Fully proficient with MS suite of tools (i.e. Excel, Word, Vision, MS Project, PowerPoint)
? Ability to adapt and respond to quickly changing priorities
? Excellent people management and knowledge sharing / management skills
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
? PMP Certification
? Thorough understanding of the SDLC
? Experience in the Healthcare industry
