Responsible for the delivery of demonstrable progress toward customer's solution usage goals
Coordinate activities for assigned projects
Remove team obstacles or inefficiencies
Facilitate high team productivity through efficient process and transparency within the team
Serve as the business/functional advisor to the client, supporting the team to translate business requirements into solution specifications and drive the overall delivery of the solution.
Work with project constituents to set deadlines, clarify responsibilities, resolve project issues, and monitor progress of projects
Manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously
Ensure an effective implementation and rollout that maximizes solution value
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within the client delivery organization
Develop expertise in solution with ability to perform all consultant implementation tasks
Provide training both for customers and co-workers
Drive solution and process workshops to identify client business objectives, define project goals and provide a plan for maximizing the value of the solution.
Establish and manage relationships with client to sustain a strong business relationship leading to high client satisfaction, retention of existing business and development of new business.
Lead client and project team members to define and document client business requirements, assess the need for and recommend process enhancements, and document software specifications for configuring the solution.
Develop and maintain project plans and supporting documentation which track progress against project deliverables, tasks, and activities.
Manage and document changes to project scope that have an impact on company?s resource and/or time commitments.
Manage the solution configuration, deployment and software issue resolution to ensure a timely solution acceptance.
Proactively identify and mitigate or resolve project risks and issues.
Team effectively with other parts of the organization to address and resolve client issues.
Manage communication of appropriate project information to clients and internally.
Provide appropriate work direction and mentoring to other team members, assisting and counseling as required. Influence others, through motivation and encouragement, to accomplish team goals.
Develop and maintain proficiency in the company's software solutions.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
5+ years of business experience with 2+ years of demonstrated experience implementing software solutions and providing client-facing consulting services.
Strong executive level presence and experience in facilitation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must. Will work extensively over the phone and in person with clients and suppliers.
Business process implementation experience is preferred.
Strong working knowledge of project management methodologies. Experience with Agile project management methodology is preferred.
Experience implementing software-as-a-service (SaaS) software solutions or ERPs that integrate with client systems preferred
Strong technical project management, interpersonal, negotiation, communication, presentation, documentation and problem solving skills.
Must be able to learn quickly, make strong individual contributions and handle multiple projects simultaneously in a team environment
Ability to act independently, take initiative and drive tasks and issues to resolution.
Proficient in the use of PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Excel and Word as well as other typical business productivity tools.
Required to travel domestically and internationally. Travel ranges from 10-25%. Passport required for international travel.
