Role Overview:
Accolade is looking for an experienced Project Manager to support complex client implementations projects. Client implementations are cross functional and require a multi-disciplinary approach to problem solving across process, people, data, and technology. The ProjectManager will be expected to interact and build relationships with internal and client Subject Matter Experts, business process owners, client partners and members of the IT team at multiple levels of the organization. This role is critical to successfully growing Accolade by creating predictable and efficient project plans and processes to support our clients? needs.
Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and manage project plans for customer implementations and Accolade internal projects.
Identify and manage project delivery risks and project plan critical path activities.
Develop and maintain project issues lists and drive the issues to resolution.
Provide support to business subject matter experts and business leaders, and act as a resource to them, to document and track business and project scope decisions.
Schedule and facilitate business requirements definition and solution design meetings.
Provide coaching, feedback and personal development to more junior project team members.
Facilitate and manage ongoing project status meetings.
Provide delivery assurance to customers and Accolade stakeholders.
Maintain the Accolade project management repository, tools, and templates.
Outcomes:
Projects delivered on schedule, within agreed scope, and with high customer satisfaction.
Project management processes, tools and templates that can be leveraged for future implementations.
High peer satisfaction from subject matter experts and Accolade business stakeholders
Qualifications:
Bachelors? Degree
8+ years of progressive experience.
Demonstrated ability to perform in a business integration role.
Experience managing projects that include business process design.
Demonstrated ability to produce high quality deliverables.
Demonstrated ability to identify project delivery risks and manage risk mitigation activities.
Demonstrated ability to work with business process owners and to learn Accolade?s business, systems, processes and data and represent Accolades requirements when working with 3rd parties.
Experience managing people and teams in a dynamic environment.
Extensive experience managing customer facing and internal projects, including business integration, information technology, and health insurance industry projects.
Required excellent leadership, communication and presentation abilities and analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to work in an environment with changing priorities
Strong knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
PMP Certification preferred.
