JOB TITLE: Project Manager ? Digital Properties
REPORTS TO: VP of Development and Operations
OVERVIEW:The Project Manager?s primary responsibility is to oversee the efficient operation of the YogaWorks websites, including: Yogaworks.com, myYogaworks.com, the employee intranet and future sites supporting various departments and business units.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: The Project Manager will support the maintenance and development of the YogaWorks? websites, including assisting department heads in defining technical specifications and requirements for website or technology solutions that are critical to the success of their departments in the organization. The Project Manager will work closely with decision makers in other departments to help them identify development options, make recommendations, and then manage the approved projects that will support cost-effective technology solutions on the YogaWorks sites.
Day-to-day responsibilities include debugging or troubleshooting any performance issues that may arise with the sites, leveraging third-party resources as needed, developing baseline metrics and a dashboard to monitor health and performance of websites, supporting site SEO initiatives, and supporting different departments in developing and tracking key website metrics relative to their department?s goals and objectives.
The Project Manager will also have project management responsibilities, including planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to the agreed-upon deadlines and budget. In many cases this will require working with and managing outside vendors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also help department heads to define the project?s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.
The Project Manager will also provide support on other projects that may not be directly web-related as required from time-to-time.
? Bachelor's degree required
? Extensive knowledge of project management activities, deliverables and processes.
? Experience with Sitecore (or similar CMS system). Certification in SiteCore or similar CMS system preferred.
? Experience with Video CDN, and CRM systems, including familiarity with Salesforce Enterprise and Ooyala (or Brightcove) Video Content Player and Management software
? Familiarity with programming languages such as , C#, DOT.NET and Java.,
? Familiarity with Database Management, Design, Maintenance and Reporting.
? Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
? Ability to take on and develop small-scale projects and accurately assess when additional development resources are required.
? Ability to work independently and take initiative to identify and resolve issues that may arise.
? Ability to write and present effective materials, including presentations and status reporting.
? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
? Demonstrated experience at working effectively with all levels of staff, clients and other IT personnel.
? Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and activities.
? Ability to align with business objectives and recommend/provide technology solutions accordingly.
? Minimum 3 years of website management and/or IT project management experience
? Experience developing and managing website projects
? Proven track record in project management.
