Project Manager, Educational Services (Two Positions Open) Carnegie Learning
The Project Manager is responsible for developing and scaling operational processes to support successful implementation of Carnegie Learning in Miami-Dade middle schools in support of the Miami-Dade RTT-D award. The Project Manager will work closely with the Miami-Dade district and school-level leadership to achieve district goals.
The Miami-Dade Dedicated Project Manager (PM) will be a full-time employee of Carnegie Learning but will be dedicated to Miami-Dade and housed at the Miami-Dade offices for 12 months. The PM will dedicate this time to be split among project management, professional development, and data analysis and reporting. The PM will be required to attend all Carnegie Learning Team Meetings (approximately 15 days per year) and will have access to Carnegie Learning company holidays and standard vacation.
The Project Manager will co-report to Cassie Martin, Sr. Manger of School Partnerships, Carnegie Learning & Miami-Dade Public Schools. Travel will be required for all team meetings (10-20%).

Job functions:
Develop partnerships & manage implementation
Establish partnerships with teachers and leaders using Carnegie Learning products and/or services
Ensure successful implementations of Carnegie Learning products
Share best practices for mathematics instruction with colleagues, teachers, and leaders
Facilitate ongoing project management and status reporting for schools and districts
Communicate implementation results internally with Sr. Manager of School Partnerships and inter-departmental teams
Consult on the development of professional development and training materials as needed
Develop correlations for Carnegie Learning, Inc. curricula to state standards as needed
Facilitate professional services:
Initial Implementation Training and Leadership Training to support implementation fidelity
Job-Embedded In-Classroom Support and Instructional Coaching to impact teacher change
Project Management and Status Meetings to promote data-driven accountability for school improvement
Mathematics Content Academies to increase teacher content knowledge and promote student-centered, standards-based math instruction
Customized professional development to meet individual district, building, teacher and/or student goals
Job requirements:
College degree in education or mathematics
Experience teaching middle school mathematics or experience mentoring, coaching, or managing teachers and/or training
Experience building and managing a team
Basic understanding of school and district infrastructure including technology environments and management
Expertise with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Once hired, completion of the Carnegie Learning, Inc. Certification Training
