SUMMARY: Manage key sales enablement projects as part of the global enablement PMO (program management office) reporting to the Director, Global Enablement PMO. These include sales tools and programs, global enablement dashboards and roadmaps. Create structure and process for both long and short term enablement initiatives resulting in best practices and repeatable methodologies.

Provide tools, service and support to geo-based enablement teams.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Define, implement and document sales enablement project management methodology
• Create structure and process for key sales enablement initiatives
• Identify and rollout project management tools for the global and regional enablement teams
• Develop and rollout process for consistent sales enablement roadmap that supports organizational objectives
• Manage sales enablement roadmap
• Contribute to the development of enablement metrics and reports
• Work with management to set the cadence for dashboards and roadmaps
• Drive collaboration and best practices with other departments on operational initiatives
• Support geo-based enablement teams
• Contribute to continuous improvement for global field enablement processes

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• BA/BS in Business or equivalent, MBA a plus
• 8+ years of experience working in global, complex organizations in sales, alliances, and/or marketing

• Demonstrate excellent working knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
