The Project Manager position is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.Alert Logic sits at the nexus of two of the hottest trends in IT: the adoption of cloud technologies and increased security and compliance requirements driven by an increasingly connected world. Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
Actively participate in establishing a project management office
Lead the planning and implementation of projects
Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
Define project tasks and resource requirements
Develop full scale project plans
Effectively apply project methodology and enforce project standards
Manage day-to-day operational aspects of one or more projects
Coordinate project team through the entire project lifecycle
Manage project budget and resource allocation
Facilitate decisions between quality, costs, resources, scope and time
Plan and schedule project timelines
Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
Provide direction and support to project team
Quality assurance and quality control
Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
Participate in project evaluations and assessment of results
Required Skills:
Experience
Minimum of 5 years? experience in project management, including demonstrated ownership of:
People management
Strategic planning
Risk management
Change management
Software development management
Experience managing technology projects in a SaaS/real-time production environment
Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management
Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
Proficient in project management software

Education Requirements:
