DescriptionThe Project Manager will manage projects at all levels within the Sales organization. This position manages the detailed planning, organizing, and implementation of large organizational and technical projects involving multiple departments and locations across Integra. The Project Manager's decisions and actions play a strategic role toward the realization of corporate sales, financial, operational, and marketing objectives. The projects being managed will impact the investment strategy of the company. The Project Manager's responsibility is to manage projects to completion on time, within budget, and scope to maximize the project?s potential of meeting or exceeding quality standards that deliver consistently superior services.
Requirements
?Bachelor?s Degree (or comparable experience)
?5 + years of direct experience in a disciplined project management environment.
?Experience with sales opeartions including segmentation, channel structures, and quote to cash processes and systems.
?Must have the ability to function in a matrix environment where resources are not owned but secured from outside teams.
?5 + years in a team leadership role.
?Demonstrated Understanding and Experience with Project Management Principles.
?PERT/CPM techniques, development of WBS.
?Develop Project Plans.
?Develop Risk Plans.
?Ability to manage multi-functional teams and disciplines.
?Strong communications in written, verbal, inter-personal, facilitation forms.
?Computer literacy, in word processing, spreadsheets, advanced skill in MS Project.
?Demonstrated ability to solve problems.
