ManagehighlytechnicalandvariousACDandWFMintegrations

Assistinthedevelopmentoftechnicaldocumentationtosupportfutureintegrationswith3rdpartysoftware

Createandmaintainstandardizedbestpracticedocumentationforprojectimplementations.


Bestpracticestrategiesforimplementationefficiencies

Providepresalesandpostimplementationtechnicalsupportforcustomeraccounts.


Deliverproducttrainingtonewandexistingcustomers

RequiredExperience&SkillSet:


Minimum24yearsexperienceinprojectmanagementwithtechnicalknowledgeacquiredthroughworkinginorwithIT(softwaredevelopment,networking,operations,etc.)


Abilitytoprioritizecompetingprioritiesandtasksinafastpaceddynamicenvironment

Customerfacingtrainingandinteractionexperience

HighproficiencywithMicrosoftOfficeSuite(particularlyWord,PowerPoint,Excel,Visio,andProject)


Knowledgeofbusinessprocessesandcorporatecomputingenvironments
