Description:Responsible for the installation and qualification of the solar cell manufacturing equipment. Goal is to deliver a fully qualified manufacturing line to the production group in China. Duties are managing the work activities of the manufacturing floor and keeping the project on schedule. This will include coordinating delivery of equipment into the manufacturing area, installation activities, qualification of equipment, and final handoff to manufacturing on schedule. Project manager will also be directly involved in hiring necessary staffing to complete the project on-time. Project Manager will be involved in managing local supplier delivery to meet timelines of project and address any potential issues locally (equipment local sources) as well as overseas (i.e. USA factories). Also coordinates any activities/meetings between the cross functional teams in USA and China to keep the project on time and in budget
Required Experience:
Technician
Vacuum Sputter Equipment
Required Education:
High School + 20yrs work exp.
Vocation School + 10yrs work exp.
4yrs College + 5yrs work exp.
