Project Manager Insight24 ON24

JOB SUMMARY
The Project Manager Insight24 is responsible for the organization and management of deliverables associated with Insight24s email marketing activities. This position requires a highly detail oriented individual who is capable of performing a variety of functional roles within a small team and working in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. This is not a spend your day creating project plans type PM position. This is a roll your sleeves up and have fun getting the job done type position.



JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Development and management of weekly email delivery schedules
- Coordination of input and approvals for email campaigns
- Management of email content used for email marketing campaigns


- Campaign implementation
- Data management and analysis
- Campaign performance reporting
- Analyze results and make recommendations based on campaign performance
- Increase efficiencies through the creation of new (and optimization of current) processes
- Development of copy/creative for outbound email marketing campaigns
- Other duties as identified



REQUIREMENTS
Intelligent, analytical thinker who is able to connect the dots
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (writing sample will be requested)
At least 2 years of work experience in a deadline driven environment
Must be very comfortable in a highly technical environment
Demonstrated experience and a firm understanding of data analysis tools and techniques including Microsoft Access and Excel
The ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization to complete assigned projects within the specified timeline
Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment
A bachelor's degree.
