Responsibilities:
The IT Operations Group is seeking an experienced/PMP certified IT Project Manager.
Manage infrastructure related projects in a fast paced, dynamic culture working across multifunctional teams.
Drive all aspects of assigned projects including initiation, planning, execution, closing and controlling. This includes understanding business & functional requirements, leading design reviews, development planning, testing/QA, managing project implementation / conversions.
Ability to use Microsoft Project 2010 to track progress; drive the direction of the project and to communicate with involved team members, with a high degree of proficiency
Communicate project direction to senior managers, executives and stakeholders. Set up and run steering committee meetings.
Produce and communicate weekly progress reports to all stakeholders.
Manage individual working styles to optimize experiences and relationships with project staff.
Utilize team-building skills and techniques, foster and promote a supportive team environment to facilitate an effective collaborative development process.
Other Tasks and Responsibilities as Assigned
Qualifications:
PMP certified or working towards this certification preferred
5+ years of project management experience in Operations and Infrastructure for FInancial Services/Card Processing Industry
Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Project, Excel and Power point
Bachelor?s Degree, College Diploma or Equivalent in certifications and experience
