Scribe is in a period of growth in its online business and there are many new connector products being developed for our online marketplace. The project manager is responsible for helping our development partners and our new customers to be successful with these new connector products. By working closely with development partner, the project manager will guide them through the life cycle of their connector from definition, through technical certification, and go-to-market readiness applying Scribe?s best practices to each stage. The project manager will also work closely with implementation partners and customers of these connectors to ensure a successful outcome for the customer.
Candidate should have project management skills, excellent customer facing communication skills, and technical skills regarding data integration. The ideal candidate likes to work with external customers and partners, and cross functionally with Scribe?s teams: Pre-Sales, Sales, Support, Product Management, QA, and Development. Candidates should project energy and enthusiasm for Scribe?s products.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Work directly with development partners to understand integration requirements, complete the use case documentation, and to and recommend integration design.
Manage the connector certification process by guiding the development partner to follow Scribe?s best practices.
Provide guidance and assistance to Scribe?s partners as they implement connectors using Scribe?s connector SDK.
Advise development partners of the best practices for connector go-to-market and coordinate deliverables with Scribe?s ISV and Marketing teams.
Facilitate the handoff of new customers from Pre-Sales to implementation partners.
Participate in requirements discovery meetings with implementation partners and customers. Document requirements as necessary.
Assist implementation partners and customers with recommendations about product features to use in their projects.
Act as an advocate for partners and customers if they need assistance from Scribe?s technical support, QA, or Development teams. Document issues and communicate them to the appropriate Scribe teams.
Write meetings recaps and follow up lists to be distributed internally and externally.
Provide overflow support for Presales (product demonstrations).
This position will be based at Scribe?s office in New Hampshire and could involve travelling several times per year.
Experience maintaining outstanding external customer relationships
Solid communication, listening, and writing skills
Able to work in a team environment with calm demeanor
Ability to resolve user questions through a combination of independent investigation and collaborative efforts
Excellent understanding of enterprise application environments
Capable of working with people of varied technical backgrounds
Organized and reliable: able to work independently with little direction when necessary
Self-starter with natural curiosity and technical agility
Experience with data integration or migration between business applications is required
BA/BS Degree in computer or business related course of study
Computer and software certifications are a plus
