Aquion Energy, Inc. is a high performing clean energy start-up company based in Mt. Pleasant, PA and is looking for a Manufacturing Project Manager to join our rapidly growing company!
Job Summary:
The Manufacturing Project Manager will have responsibility for managing scope, schedule, and budgets of projects within Aquion Energy?s Manufacturing Operations team. The Manufacturing Project Manager will assist the manufacturing team in ensuring on time project execution tied to our commercial launch plan. The focus of Aquion Energy?s manufacturing group is in deploying manufacturing processes and infrastructure for our energy storage products. This position will report to the Director of Manufacturing Deployment.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Structure projects and define clear objectives, including project charter, mission and vision, business/technical case, key performance metrics and guiding principles
Identify and engage key stakeholders; build strong internal and external relationships, and build consensus across multiple groups
Design and manage budget, work streams and supporting team structures with well-designed project plans
Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and attention to details, manage issues and risks and provide regular status of projects
Schedule, facilitate and drive meetings; provide agendas and leadership, follow-up, accountability
Drive team towards effective problem resolution
Outstanding written, verbal and listening communication skills; drive communication plan and execution including walking decks, collateral, etc.
Gather and document requirements / functional specifications; analyze workflows and processes, business needs / objectives; develop implementation requirements and plans; sell your ideas; implement
Identify and prepare key deliverables and appropriate milestones, delivery dates, presentations; manage risks and issues., present to team(s), senior management and executives
Provide regular status updates to a wide variety of constituents and senior management
Quickly learn new tools and methods
Minimum Required Skills:
Bachelor of Arts or Sciences, engineering degree or equivalent preferred
Five to Ten years of Project Management experience in a Technical and/or Manufacturing environment
Two to Four years managing a product development life cycle process
PMP preferred, ScrumMaster certification preferred
