Lead and support all project management activities for new and ongoing litigation support projects, leading to the successful delivery of products and services offered by UnitedLex. Initiate and facilitate timely and thorough communication throughout the litigation lifecycle of each project. Provide detailed documentation during initiation, planning, execution, monitor and control, and closure phases of each project. Create, modify, and follow process-driven execution of all project tasks to ensure unified litigation Project Management methodology is adhered to. Document and report periodic project details to the Director of Project Management, client, and project team.
Provide consultation to internal and external clients regarding eDiscovery cases, including: Early Case Assessment, Forensic Collections, Culling and Filtering, ESI Processing, ASP Hosting, Document Review, Document Production, Data Archival and Storage.
Use logic, mathematical equations, and other tools to accurately estimate and update project costs and timelines based on different requirements and scenarios.
Understand, plan for and mitigate risks to timeline or deliverable; understand the downstream impact of various options during collection, processing, review and production.
Gather, thoroughly document and confirm client requirements using standard project intake forms.
Identify work components of foreseeable tasks and manage completion, and provide updates to client within estimated cost and time schedule using available resources.
Act as final layer of quality control for any work product being delivered to a client.
Understand pricing models and client agreements to ensure timely and accurate billing procedures.
Carry a company cell phone and email device at all times, with the exception of pre-approved personal time off. Acknowledge receipt of all project related emails within 30 minutes during business hours and 60 minutes after hours.
Report weekly status updates on all active projects to Director of Project Management.
Mentor and develop Associate Project Managers.
Continually solicit feedback from clients regarding current and potential service offerings.
Analyze processes to propose changes or additions to project procedures.
Facilitate and conduct software and process training for internal and external clients.

Experience and Skills
3+ years of Litigation Support Project Management, leading eDiscovery projects and administering related technologies.
Conceptual understanding of options available in processing software and ability to communicate those options to clients.
Relativity Administrator proficiency or RCA preferred.
Project Management Institute PMP certification or equivalent degree preferred.
Exceptional proactive written, electronic and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional client expectation management and relationship building skills.
Appropriately identifies, plans for and mitigates risks, escalates when appropriate and leads team to resolve issues.
Detailed planning and organizational skills.
Effectively adapt project plans and priorities based on changing client needs.
Appropriate delegation of tasks when appropriate and follow through until task is complete.
Understanding of project management methodology set forth by the Project Management Institute (PMI).
Proven demonstration of team focus where communication, solutions, and good relationships are fostered.
