Opportunity and Growth:
You will have ownership over projects throughout their entire life cycle from inception to completion!
Develop project plans, goals, and work within guided budget plans; identify resources needed, develop schedules and methods for measuring results
Responsible for guiding and performing strategic analysis for the project
Organize and manage all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion
The assembler and coordinator of project team members; assign individual tasks and responsibilities
Plans and oversees the preparation and dissemination of project communications
Communicates with top-level management, project sponsors, functional area managers and/or other stakeholders regarding status of specific projects
What should you bring to the table:
Knowledge and experience in cross-functional project management methods and techniques, preferably with startup experience
Thorough understanding of Agile and Waterfall software development life cycles
Experience using case and code tracking tools such as FogBugz, Jira, Git, Kiln, or Mercurial
Experience with source control systems such as Mercurial, Git or SVN;
Ability to create new work processes
Critical thinking and problem solving skills; a strong planner and organizer of processes and people
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to influence and lead, as well as delegate; facilitator of team work; effectively manages conflict
Adaptable, able to keep cool in high-pressure situations
Must Haves:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering or related field
3+ years project management experience in a technology environment
Qualification in project management or equivalent; knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management including tools and processes
