Job Summary:

The role of Project Manager is to manage the overall success of both internal and external projects by providing clear direction and project scope requirements. To work with internal departments and the Client in defining the overall project path including detailed work break down structure, time and cost elements, risk assessments, UAT, delivery/acceptance and post production follow-up. Projects supported will vary in time and complexity in one of the following areas: Client Implementations, Service Improvements, Efficiencies Projects and Client Proof of Concepts.

Responsibilities:

Manage and deliver detailed project plans including: objectives, scope, risk, budget and delivery.
Clearly communicate and deliver both the Business and Technical requirements.
Proactively deliver project information to key stakeholders.
Mitigate project risks through identification of potential failure points in the process.
Manage project scope to the agreed deliverables with the ability to review changes or enhancements through the proper process and acceptance board.
Providing detailed metrics behind the project to key stakeholders detailing overall progress against plan.
Ability to multi-task on several mission critical projects at the same time while adhering to the project time lines and deliverables set forth.
Perform technical writing to support both the process and function that is impacted.

Qualifications:

4 year college degree or 5 years of prior relevant experience
Understanding of how to work with data in various capacities. General knowledge of business tools, operations and structures.
Computer savvy with proficiency in Word, Excel and Access, with SQL a plus.
Requires strong emphasis on customer service and quality. Must be highly organized and have strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
Must be enthusiastic and able to multi-task. Requires strong ability to manage people, deadlines, and follow through on all client requests. A high level of work independence is required.
