Job Summary: The Project Manager is a vital member of the WebCollage team who transforms client needs for e-commerce/web projects into concrete deliverables that demonstrate return, foster a positive experience and increase WebCollage value to the client; manages the full cycle of projects spanning WebCollage service offerings; initiates customer engagement, defines project scope and directs a team to design, develop and deliver projects on time with customer approval; owns project maintenance and revision cycles; engages with internal and external cross functional partners and resources both on-site and overseas to manage multiple short-term projects in different states and phases.
This position will report to the Director, Web Development on the Technical Services Team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
?Engages with customers to analyze and determine project scope
?Creates appropriate documentation and uses various tools to manage the process
?Manages a virtual project team of designers, developers, QA and deployment
?Maintains the project time line and internally communicates with multiple stakeholders to ensure well-informed engagement process
?Ensures a positive, collaborative work environment for the team; mentors and coaches project team members to optimize productivity
Qualifications:
?Proven success as a Project Manager for an e-commerce/web-based software-as-a-service product, required
?Deep understanding of Web production and design consideration, required
?Proven success working with project management tools and approaches to manage multiple and short-term projects, required
?Experience/Expertise in the web, online, e-commerce and/or online marketing space, required
?Passion for web-based software products, online experience and e-commerce, required
?Experience in the B2B space, preferred
?Experience managing an on-demand (software-as-a-service) technology-oriented service utilized by mid-size organizations an asset
?Strong communication skills, high-level of comfort interfacing with internal and external team members, customers and prospects
?Leadership skills with a ?roll-up-your-sleeves? hands-on entrepreneurial, startup attitude
?Bachelor?s degree in a technical discipline, e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, preferred
?Advance degree, PMP, preferred

?Exceptional time management skills and the critical ability to prioritize to meet conflicting objectives
?Strong executive presence in engaging with accounts and business leadership teams, required
?Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to establish cross-functional multi-level relationships
