About The Position
The Project Manager at Reval provides leadership and management skills necessary to ensure the success of the Product Releases from conception to deployment. The Project Manager works integrally with all departments internally coordinating resources, schedule and timely delivery of milestones.
The Project Manager helps to process and estimate new client requests, prepare proposals and determine implementation schedule. The Project Manager reports to Director of Product Delivery Management.
Required Experience
A good candidate should exhibit the following skills:
Must be a strong team leader
Experience working in corporate PMO, banking, consulting or software industry
Experience managing multifunctional teams
3+ years proven track record of managing projects, preferably software implementations
Application of structured developmental methodology
Ability to identify, track, manage and resolve project issues as they arise
Understand impact of issues on project schedules and scope
Ability to prepared necessary documentation
Understanding of capabilities of relevant technologies
Hands on development experience a plus
PMI certification a plus
Proven track record in managing client expectations
Excellent communication skills
Ability to communicate issues clearly to both business and technology professionals
Ability to juggle multiple tasks
Self motivated and driven to succeed; tenacious in obtaining results
