PROJECT MANAGER
This position can be based out of anywhere in Canada or the US. Must be willing to travel up to 50. As a member of our Professional Services team, you will report to the Manager, Project Office. You will be responsible for implementing the necessary project management tools and coordinating the cross-functional activities required to ensure a successful Professional engagement.

Key Functions:
Lead Kinaxis deployment projects
Define project resourcing requirements
Act as the single point of contact for the customer
Ensure all project related deliverables are created, reviewed and disseminated according to the statement of work
Be responsible for all project dimensions including cost, revenue, timeline, quality, and functional scope
Present and communicate in a high-quality manner
Escalate issues and concerns to senior management in a timely manner

Qualifications:
In addition to post-secondary education in Computer Science or a relevant discipline, candidates must possess the following experience and skills:
5 to 10 years progressive experience in a relevant project management environment
Experience managing 200K to 1M projects
Previous Professional Service experience
Demonstrated ability with application deployment projects
Strong problem solving ability
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, a team player
Ability to handle conflicting and/or sensitive situations within a deadline-driven environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Project or similar project planning software
The following specialized skills would be considered an asset to this position.
Experience with global software application deployments
Knowledge of the manufacturing industry
Attainment of the Project Management Professional (PMP) designation
