Duties:
This position requires Exceptional Project/Program Management Skills - Critical Path, Financial Implications, Projections and Tracking. Exceptional Leadership Skills - Team Player, Good Coach, Lead with Example, Change Management. Excellent Customer Relations Management Skills and Excellent Negotiating Skills. Requirements Management - Very good Understanding of Requirements Implication Throughout the Development Process.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate must have the following:
Bachelor?s degree in Mechanical Engineering
7+ years of experience of project management
Experienced in Pro/E, ProMechanica, FMEA, VisView, GD&T
Experienced in Hydraulics, Engine Install, DFEA, DFMA, Heavy Equipment, Analysis, Sheet Metal, Casting
APQP (BD, IA, DFM, DFA, Proactive Reliability, P-Diagram, DFMEA, DVP&R, PPAP)
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability collaborative with offshore team
Excellent work ethic
Willing to Travel up to 50%.
