Summary
This position is responsible for the coordination of all phases of Client AV systems design and installations. This individual will manage a portfolio of National and Regional Clients, monitoring construction schedules, orchestrating installations of AV systems on time and on budget.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The following is a list of general job responsibilities for the Project Manager position. This list is not all-inclusive and may be broadened or changed to meet changing business needs.
?Coordinate all phases of National Client A/V systems design and installations
?Communicate effectively with National Clients regarding system requirements and construction schedules
?Review system designs jointly with in-house A/V Design Engineers
?Produce and distribute systems proposals to Sales Executives and National Clients
?Negotiate and implement subcontracts with installation Contractors
?Process rack fabrication requests as required
?Manage and monitor systems installations, from start to finish
?Reconcile ?as-builts? for invoicing purposes
?Forecast revenue for his/hers portfolio of clients
?Manage the relationships with the Clients design-build team (Architects, GC?s, and Consultants) as required through the design and installation process.
Experience/Education/Certifications
?5 years recent experience in related position
?Intermediate to advanced project management experience preferred
?Solid understanding of construction and architecture
?BA/BS degree or equivalent preferred

?Familiar with audio and video commercial systems preferred
