In order to reach our goals, we?re looking to hire a Project Manager of Sales Operations for the North American (NA) Sales Operations team. This person will support the ongoing planning, development, execution and implementation of merchant projects for the NA Sales Operations team. This includes tracking all program deliverables, managing program timelines, and following up with owners and stakeholders to ensure all projects milestones are completed accurately and on-time. The Project Manager will be asked to drive projects that encompass the entire Sales Operations team.
This individual will be accountable for driving execution excellence and real operational improvements in our business processes leading to higher field productivity. This person should have passion for project management, process design, and delivering with impact. S/he should also have a strong commitment to quality, be comfortable dealing with and managing ambiguity, be self-confident, be effective at cross-group collaboration and community development, and have a clear drive for concrete and measurable results. In addition, being capable of managing multiple projects and processes, possessing strong process knowledge and problem-solving skills, and being effective at communicating with senior management audiences is a must.
This person will report directly to and will closely support the Senior Manager, Merchant Programs on all projects and deliverables.
This role will maintain the overall merchant project plans for the NA Sales Operations Team.
They will be responsible for:
? Program manage end-to-end process scope, timeline and deliverables in collaboration with cross-stakeholder groups; they will support efforts involving SFDC, Sales Process, Sales Analytics, Sales Compensation, Reporting, and Sales Strategy
? Identify, prioritize and build improvement solutions for current process by working with current owners and SMEs
? Align with other NA Sales organizations to drive integrated change management and influence overall adoption of processes/timelines/tools/org changes
? Provide thought leadership and strong project management skills in executing all NA Sales Operations programs and project, including managing to key milestones and coordinating roll out
? Work with Training and Communications to Build and deliver relevant content to the NA Sales Team.
? Develop and deliver executive level status reports and presentations; they will be the point person for understanding the details of each project plan
? Organize and Publish/Post project notes and status updates to ensure all stakeholders understand current status
? Ensuring all field requests are routed to the appropriate team member and will be Tier 1 support on all field inquiries
