Serus has an immediate need for a stellar Project Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for Pre and Post Sales, which include: working with customers to develop the overall program plan, creation and tracking of an implementation plan that will satisfy contracted capability within timeline and budget constraints. During the Pre-Sales process, the Project Manager will also work Sales and Professional Services team to determine project costs and projected timelines.
Job responsibilities includes, but not limited to:
Identify project stakeholders, determine stakeholders needs and expectations, prioritize demands and establish clear set of project goals
Lead discussions with the Customer IT and Business Groups to develop an aligned program and project plan
Produce detailed project schedule; determine type, quantity and quality of resources required.
Serve as the focal point for managing deliverables across the Engineering, Implementation, QA and IT teams.
Manage timelines, cost and risks. Assure and control quality.
Proactively maintain the issue, risk and decision logs.
Suggest and implement modifications to project scope, deliverables, timelines and resources
Develop communication strategy with stakeholders and establish communication plan. Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders (internal and external)
Upon completion, evaluate performance against defined project goals,
Obtain stakeholder approval for final deliverables and manage project closure steps (documentation, handover, release resources)
Manage several such projects concurrently and ensure tracking and delivery against all the projects, managing priorities of the resources across projects.
Qualification and Experience:
Experience in a client facing role as part of a professional service organization.
Experience in project and program management implementing business systems (e.g. ERP, Planning, CRM systems) is a must.
Domain expertise in Operations and Supply Chain is a plus.
Industry Experience in Semiconductor and High Tech a plus.
Deep knowledge of complete life cycle of application development and deployment
Excellent presentation skills, verbal and written communication skills required
Proven consultative, decision making, problem solving, conflict resolution, customer relations management and change management skills
PMP certification a plus
Willing to travel 25% of the time
