Project Manager/Scrum Master - Product Development Vitrue

Summary

We're looking for talented, passionate project leaders who want to solve interesting problems in social media, primarily on Facebook and Twitter.

The Project Manager/Scrum Master will be responsible for coordinating the activities of project teams to expand our social product suite. This individual will manage projects from inception to completion, develop work plans and project schedules, ensure timely delivery within budget, and have a bias for action and drive for completion.

Requires understanding of end-to-end product development including requirements gathering, scoping, risk analysis, budget tracking, graphic design, database modeling, application design, and user interface buildout. Will be responsible for integrating and scaling several of our marquee products that are getting tremendous adoption. Experience with SCRUM, and SaaS deployment models strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead the product development process (SCRUM) and project manage at least one product team - 65

Coordinate problem solving for design and integration - 20

Work with the Marketing Team and other non-product development groups to engage consumers using social media - 15

Requirements

Solid software development skills

Experience managing across functions to deliver solutions

Solid experience leading ui, application, and database developers as well as product managers, user interface designers, and quality engineers in producing high quality web software (cloud experience a plus)

Understanding of the technical considerations related to project development, web development technologies and social networks.

Thorough understanding of Vitrue capabilities.

Ability to analyze and prioritize work, and make decisions resulting in the most effective use of resources.

Bonus points if youre good at playing old arcade games and ping pong

Desirables

Social Media experience is a plus
