The Varolii Project Manager works within the Professional Services organization. The Project Manager will work with Sales, Architects, Engineers, Engagement Managers and Consulting Partners to deliver best-fit solutions that match business requirements. As a Varolii Project Manager, you will manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of the Varolii project through its full software development lifecycle. You will manage multiple, simultaneous projects comprising of the following components: detailed requirements gathering, milestone management, collaboration with development, QA and Media Services resource. In addition, your responsibilities will include planning, organizing, detail tracking, monitoring of task completion against schedule, client communications, change requests submission and written and verbal status updates.
Validate customer requirements, manager project scope, timelines, hours, and assumptions.
Develop effective and creative customer solutions with moderate supervision.
Work with Varolii teams to deploy custom and configurable solutions.
Build strong and long lasting working relationships with customers.
Participate and contribute in client project meetings.
Participate and contribute in Varolii internal meetings.
May be asked to assist in the estimate process by verifying requirements, determining estimated hours, collaborating on scopes of work w/assumptions.
Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge of company as well as industry products and solutions
Drive project timelines and budget to completion and within estimated scope and established production Go-Live dates.
Manage the change order process with the customer should scope or requirements change for an assigned project.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong listening skills and presentation skills
Proven track record in project management
A self-starter who can effectively work within a strong team culture and work remotely
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Moderate travel is required
Three to five (3 to 5) years Project Management or Business Analysis experience required.
Client Project Management experience required.
Excellent self-presentation with exceptional communication and persuasion skills.
