Manage the development and deployment of special projects for the Service team, including but not limited to: redesign Tesla's North American and worldwide Roadside Assistance Programs, expand Tesla's Ranger Services, design and implement further Customer Service Initiatives including, e.g., Tesla's Alternate Transportation Program, etc.; Work with both internal and external stakeholders to drive key organizational goals and strategic management: perform organizational capabilities assessments and draft and implement blueprints for cross-functional processes and organizational setups; analyze business cases for partnerships with complementary organizations; Responsible for working directly with the Head of Service, other internal stakeholders and outside vendors to implement new Service related programs: manage cross-functional projects involving management, finance, legal, sales, logistics, and engineering functions to realize a higher effectiveness of the Tesla organization in the fields of Service Center locations, Service Logistics, Service Quality, etc.; Draft, negotiate, conclude, implement and market relationships with vendors; Help create and drive other strategic service plans to meet company goals and objectives; Partner with Tesla's Retail/Service Development and Service Operations to understand future opportunities and potential challenges in the field by conducting economic impact analyses, financial modeling, business process modeling, and analysis of the interactions/trade-offs between Sales objectives and Service objectives; and. Prepare presentations and clearly communicate findings from initiatives to senior management and to the broader organization.
Job Requirements: Master of Science degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management or related field or foreign equivalent and 1 year of experience in project/program management.
