Job Description
The primary responsibility of the Project Manager is to ensure customer satisfaction and project profitability goals are met for implementations and transitions/upgrade. Assist clients in the implementation and upgrade of Peoplefluent's Talent Management products. Provide project management for customer and other project teams including Functional Consultants. Direct all aspects of implementation - developing project plans, estimating consulting services needed, identifying risks, and directing project activities. Interface with client's upper management; attend steering committee meetings and conduct periodic project status reports. Perform necessary internal project management activities, such as project profitability, customer billing, tracking consultant's billable time, ensure completion of project status reports, amend project plans, etc. Ability to provide conflict or issue resolution with client. Ability to recognize services sales potential, position and sell services to customers. Interface with Peoplefluent product sales force to support services sales and to craft the Statement of Work (SOW). Proactively engage all relevant departments where necessary to ensure successful implementations and upgrades.
Primary Duties:
?Support the Company?s Product Marketing day-to-day activities and planning (communicate with customers to arrange Advisory Committee meetings, including travel & accommodation assistance, coordinate setup of internal meetings)
?Engage with the Sales Organization to craft and scope the SOW
?Develop and manage resource plans for assigned projects
?Monitor the daily status of assigned projects by assigning, coordinating, checking and monitoring the work of the project, reviewing processes and procedures and scheduling necessary on-site meetings and training sessions.
?Accountable for the profitability of the project by developing the project plan, identifying risks and mitigation plans, and working with the customer and relevant Peoplefluent organizations to manage the plan, resources, risks, deliverables and the budget.
?Generate revenue by consulting with customers on business needs and product functionality, analyzing and documenting business and operational requirements using fact finding techniques of interviews, meetings, observations and investigations, recommending configuration and best practices.
?Ensure that project is conducted in an effective and efficient manner by reviewing implementation and training proposals for correctness, monitoring revenue and expenses relating to implementation functions.
?Provide short and long term goals for the Implementation team by estimating future workloads, directing group and providing feedback on attaining goals.
?Provide day-to-day guidance and direction to the Implementation team by mentoring, and evaluating the team?s progress.
?Communicating regularly to internal and external stakeholders and escalating in a timely and professional manner
?Managing the customer introduction/transition to Peoplefluent Support
?Ensure all Corporate and local policies for Peoplefluent and those required by the Customer are adhered to.
?Business travel of approximately fifty percent (50%).
Job Requirements
? Knowledge of the HR or Talent Management space is preferred, but not required.
? PMP certification is preferred.
? Advance oral communication and interpersonal skills interact with a variety of personnel, customers, vendors, employees, and technicians.
? Advance knowledge of the functionality of Company software applications and technology.
? Advance business management skills to track staff utilization, revenue and expenses.
? Strong project management skills and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
? Excellent problem-solving skills to resolve varied problems.
? Advance knowledge of PCs, hardware, software, operating systems and database management systems.
