Project Manager BG Medicine

The Project Manager will plan and manage IVD and verification projects to assure goals and objectives are accomplished. The successful candidate will leverage a good understanding of the technology used by BG Medicine and work closely with other groups within the organization and with our partners.

Responsibilities:

Responsible to manage multiple projects in an effective and timely manner following BGM QA compliance guidelines
Interact and communicate across multiple BGM functional teams to execute projects within timelines and within budgets
Ensure project priorities and decisions are communicated
Manage outsourced tasks of the projects and interface with collaborators
Leverage understanding of business and technology to proactively identify and prioritize solutions to achieve project milestones
Help assemble and write Project Reports

Requirements:

BS or advanced degree in an area of life science studies
5-10 yrs experience in project management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to work in interdisciplinary teams
Proficient in MS Project, Excel and other software management tools
