About the Scrum teamsGSN currently has four active Scrum teams, working to build interactive game experiences on web, mobile, and social platforms. Nearly two million players interact with a GSN experience daily ? and our reach is growing. With this growth comes the expectation of flexibility, delivery, and of overall excellence. The Program Management team aims to help each group achieve their full potential as the landscape of our business continues to get more complex and demanding.
About the job
As a Project Manager, you will manage external vendors and coach our Scrum Teams on their use and adoption of the Scrum and Agile methodologies. You will be working closely with Product Owners to ensure that each team is delivering on the expectations set by the business, and that teams are using the best practices for Scrum and Agile development, as often as possible. You will be a constant presence for your teams, focused on what drives them towards success, and what challenges them meeting their objectives. You will use this information to collaborate amongst your co-workers to ensure that our teams are moving in the right directions, together.
About you
You are deeply passionate about what makes people ?tick,? and how you can help optimize a team?s performance.
You are a certified Scrum Master, and believe that Scrum and Agile, when effectively used, can truly get the most out of a cross-functional team.
You are an excellent communicator, and believe that communication is at the root of most organizational success.
You put others at ease by forging meaningful relationships with those around you, and you know what it takes to get things done in a fast-paced digital environment, because you've been doing it for the past 3-5 years.
