OVERVIEWVoxiva is seeking a dynamic and engaging Project Manager to be an integral member of our fast growing business. The Project Manager will support the customer delivery team through effective program and project implementations for the U.S. commercial health care sector.
As a global pioneer in mobile health, Voxiva develops highly interactive patient engagement solutions designed to improve health and wellness through our multi-channel communication platform, including text, e-mail, web, interactive voice response, and mobile applications. The role will focus on Voxiva's portfolio of products to the U.S. commercial health sector, including smoking cessation, maternal/infant health, and diabetes management, and others. The Project Manager will report directly to the Senior Vice President of Operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee the development of a project from inception to launch, and all within defined timelines and budget.
Focus on understanding the client's needs and managing their expectations while working with an in-house team of configuration analysts and system developers to translate those needs into a working product/application.
Work collaboratively with the account and contract management teams to manage client expectations by facilitating communications and contributing to client satisfaction before, during and after implementation.
Track the activities of and interact with the business analysis, requirements gathering, system configuration and quality assurance teams such that the customer's requirements are met and/or exceeded for the project.
Guide and monitor all areas involved in successful execution of the project including accounting, reporting, staffing, training, sales, marketing, customer service, Federal and State compliance, and product development.
Serve as a liaison to the client for service and production issues and concerns including interfacing with internal technology resources to address operational issues
Support business development in project estimation, scope, delivery timelines and overall proposal writing.
QUALIFICATIONS
Interest in using technology to improve health and wellness;
Bachelor's Degree required; Master's degree preferred; 1-3 years of hands-on experience in health programs, public health projects;
Desire to learn, passion for performance and collaborative team player by nature
Strong oral and written communication skills with strong copy editing abilities;
Inquisitive mind with the ability to translate customer and consumer insights into smart, strategic and executable plans to drive marketing efforts;
Innovative and creative thinking balanced with pragmatism;
Highly resourceful and able to thrive in an entrepreneurial culture;
Absolute proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation tools;
ABOUT THE POSITION
This full-time, exempt position is based in the Washington, DC at the Voxiva headquarters. Travel will be approximately 10 - 15% of the time. Salary will be commensurate with experience. Voxiva is an Equal Opportunity Employer and offers a competitive benefit package.
