The Project/Office Coordinator provides high level administrative support to the VP of RF Integration as well as the staff of the Peregrine Semiconductor Illinois office. This position requires a very high level of multi-tasking and the strong ability to being flexible and adaptive to the changing needs of the office needs in a fast paced environment. This role includes both administrative assistant and project coordinator duties.
Roles & Responsibilities
This position has responsibility for:
Provide high-level administrative support, coordinating the activities of the office
Coordinate and schedule all travel arrangements. This includes airline, hotel, rental cars, meeting rooms and may include planning of full events. (interviews, off-site meetings, conferences)
Coordinate meetings, conference calls on various global time zones and with frequent updates and changes.
Prepare expense reports, purchase orders, FedEx documents, etc.
Assist with preparation for meetings including PowerPoint slides, Word Documents, Excel spreadsheets
Various Project Coordinator Duties: updating schedules, action items, progress tracking, coordination with planner, budget tracking, etc.
Assistance with document management in two different web-based repositories.
Flexibility in work hours is required, with email and other correspondence necessary outside of normal business hours.
Ordering and maintaining office and kitchen supplies
Assisting with administrative special projects as needed

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to successfully handle multiple simultaneous deadlines and set priorities
Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Outlook

Education and Experience:
5+ years experience supporting at the administrative and or project planner level
This will be a part time position of approximately 4 hours per day, 3 days per week.
