This position will be responsible for building and maintaining project plans for all implementations. As such, this person will work closely with Netsmart's project teams for schedule, cost and critical path controls. Responsibilities include aligning the project plan to the associated contract and client expectations, working with the project teams to obtain client sign-off on the plan, projecting resource requirements and scheduling those resources, monitoring the various implementations, adjusting for change requests and tracking contract payment milestones. In addition, this position will be responsible for confirming that all project documentation is stored with the plan, that risks and issues are logged appropriately and that status reports are completed on a timely basis.
