POSITION: LOCATION: Open SUMMARY: Project Recovery Specialist / Program Manager JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Project Recovery - the Project Recovery Specialist / Program Manager's primary directive will be to recover projects deemed critical by Infor Senior Management. This will include triage of current status, execute on short term recovery to increase customer confidence and develop and execute a long term recovery plan to the mutual benefit of Infor and the customer. This may include re-negotiation of the original services agreement and adjustments to the customer and Infor team if necessary. Global Account PMO - oversee Infor's largest and most complex projects from a bid, QA and health check perspective. Ensure that assigned projects remain on time and budget. Consistently uses and improves the existing methodology. Includes lessons learned to Company knowledge management system. Client Satisfaction â€"Responsible for balancing the overall satisfaction of the client while effectively representing both the client and Infor's best interests. Work with project team to achieve high levels of client satisfaction. Be able to measure the effectiveness of the client end solution against the roadmap developed in the sales cycle Leadership â€" Demonstrate ability to provide direction to and motivate resources to achieve desired results. Mentor and develop on site teams and promote teamwork amongst peers and customer personnel. Lead by example and demonstrate a positive mental attitude. Demonstrate standard leadership traits: strategic, forward thinking, problem solving, and implementation thought leadership. Revenue & Execution â€" Results oriented individual that can drive projects to successful completion in the timeframe committed. Ability to estimate projects accurately. Anticipate client needs. Influence others to get what you want/need (i.e. other departments). Identifies problems proactively and leverages the organization in an efficient manner to resolve them. Communication & Documentation â€" Efficiently, effectively and appropriately establish and manage expectations with the customer and Infor through verbal and written communication. Demonstrate the ability to effectively listen, comprehend and act. Personal Development â€" Subject matter expert and thought leader for the art of recovery and implementation. Keep current as to new developments, best practices, industry trends and new innovations. . Sales and Admin â€" as required, work with Solution Architects and Strategic Consultants to develop and support global client services solution roadmaps. Ability to articulate Company products and solutions to customers and the value added benefits received. Complete timely and accurate timesheets. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: • College Graduate w/ 4 yr degree - Business, computer science, process engineering preferred REQUIRED SKILLS: • Minimum 10 years industry experience in large scale global implementations in software consulting services • Prior Experience implementing global software projects and solutions • Proven track record of project recovery and remediation • Experience in managing large global business transformational projects. • Sales support and commercial experience developing sales proposals, contracts and negotiation • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of customer personnel and management • Proven record of execution to time and budget • Strategic and tactical thinking PREFERRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE: • Knowledge of structured Business Process Reengineering techniques • No travel restrictions â€" estimated 50-75% • Strong project estimating skills, industry expertise or certification preferred Infor Global Solutions offers a competitive compensation and benefits package.
