Responsible for working with Email Campaign Managers, Affiliate Marketing team, Finance team and Marketing leadership to plan consumer promotions, site-wide sales, and assist with targeted customer offers based on key business objectives and analytics.
Performs analysis to help forecast sales, measure effectiveness of promotional spend and drive recommendations based on these results, along with prior and projected sales and margin performance.
Performs analysis and makes recommendations for promotional vehicles and tactics.
Serves as the primary business owner of promo code tool and assists in the development of new processes and tools to enhance cross-functional promotional planning and increase overall effectiveness.
Maintains promotional playbook and manages calendar to track promotions by category and channel.
Provides weekly updates on past performance and upcoming calendar to the Marketing team, including to the CMO.
Studies competitive landscape from a promotional aspect and continually looks for new promotional ideas to test.
Maintains promo codes in a timely manner for main website offers as well as affiliates and other channels.
Bachelor?s degree and 2+ years marketing experience in a quantitative role
Hands on experience planning, modeling, testing and analyzing the effectiveness of online marketing spend
Well-developed quantitative, modeling/forecasting skills and analytical thinking with the ability to think creatively and develop new ideas for testing
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivoting capabilities a must; SQL experience a plus.
Solid understanding of ecommerce and campaign testing strategies; A/B testing experience a plus.
