Responsibilities:
Proposals/RFIs
- Develops written responses to proposal/bid requests for invivodata products and services
- Coordinates with sales team to complete preliminary pricing estimates
- Coordinates activities of various cross functional groups, including members of sales and senior management teams, in support of invivodata proposals and to develop pricing efficiencies for competitive bids
- Identifies areas for improvement in pricing tool based on feedback from sales team
- Secures approvals and feedback from legal and finance departments, as required
- Archives submitted proposals/pricings
- Maintain corporate CVs for invivodata and PRO Consulting proposals
- Tracks various metrics related from submitted proposals to support management reporting needs
RFI library/Proposal Database
- Creates and maintains an RFI library for ongoing use by sales team
- Maintains a database of all submitted proposals
- Archives submitted proposals
- Tracks various metrics related from submitted proposals to support management reporting needs
Contracts
- Reviews invivodata Statement of Work documents to ensure consistency with pricing and proposal
- Develops Change Order pricing tools for use by invivodatas operational and sales teams
- Reviews all project Change Orders to ensure consistency with company policies/pricing
Sales Tools & Support
- Assists Brand Manager in the creation of various sales tools, including collaterals and other supporting documentation
- Maintains PRO & invivodata experience database, including information regarding project scope and partner involvement
Qualifications:
- Exemplary business writing skills, including proof-reading and final editing
- Familiarity with proposals and marketing/sales documentation needs
- High proficiency in MS Office applications, primarily Excel and Word
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to organize, multi-task, and meet tight deadlines
Education:
- B.S. / B.A. degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field
Experience:
- Minimum 4 yrs experience of proven sales and/or technical writing experience in a professional business-to-business environment
- Experience in supporting global sales teams
- Experience in/knowledge of pharmaceutical / clinical trial industry preferred.
