DEPARTMENT:EngineeringREPORTS TO: Device Implementation Supervisor
GENERAL SUMMARY
Specific areas of focus include: inventory control, mobile unit provisioning, testing, shipping, and receiving. This position will be responsible for playing a key role in prepping, packaging, and shipping GPS devices to meet aggressive installation deadlines in our fast paced distribution center. The provisioner position will also assist with the receiving and recording of delivered product.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Monitor inventory of installation supplies and completed installation kits.
Coordinate assembly of installation kits with several different vendors.
Provision multiple types of GPS units.
Program multiple types of GPS units.
Complete bench tests of GPS units.
Program and prepare replacement units.
Prepare Vehicle Inspection/Identification Sheets.
Receive mobile units, accessories, components and complete and distribute Receiving Reports.
Assist the Device Implementation Manager with the Monthly Physical Inventory.
Ship paperwork, mobile units and supplies to customers or installer groups according to preset deadlines.
Other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office software products such as Excel and Word.
Prior experience with UPS & UPS Worldship
Ability to multi-task effectively while meeting or exceeding aggressive deadlines.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to utilize all of SageQuest's products and systems.
Outstanding organization skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Administrative experience and strong ten-key skills.
Good manual dexterity. Ability to work with small hand tools i.e. screwdrivers.
Some moderate lifting required. Normally, not more than 30 lbs.
